Necessary ingredients for Mashhad or German sweets:

Powdered sugar 80 grams

Smooth confectionery oil 150 grams

1 egg

Vanilla 1/8 teaspoon

A pinch of salt

300 grams of flour

Honey 1 tablespoon

Ganache (baraka baraka chocolate + cream)

Decoration materials:

Baraka bar chocolate

pistachio slices

Colored truffles

How to prepare:

Mix the powdered sugar and smooth confectionary oil that has reached room temperature with a mixer until it becomes light and creamy, add eggs and vanilla and mix with a mixer, then add honey and mix. Add the dry ingredients (flour + salt) to the rest of your ingredients in several steps and mix with your fingers.

Open the dough to a diameter of 2 mm and use a cutter (the number of cutters you use should be even) and cook in the oven at 180 degrees, on the middle floor, for 12 minutes.

After the cookies have cooled down, melt the Baraka bar chocolate using the bain-marie method and decorate the cookies with colored truffles and pistachio slices.

Put the ganache made with baraka chocolate bars as a filling between the sweets.

Your German pastry is ready, enjoy!
